肌肉的對準(zhǔn):
只有當(dāng)肌肉自然地與其根基和關(guān)節(jié)對準(zhǔn)時,肌肉的活動效率達(dá)到最佳。自然的對準(zhǔn)使得控制你背部、腕部和手指關(guān)節(jié)的肌肉得到最直接的拉動和收縮。
關(guān)節(jié)的中度活動:
只有當(dāng)肌肉所控制的關(guān)節(jié)在適中運(yùn)動范圍之內(nèi)運(yùn)作時,肌肉的活動效率達(dá)到最佳。(關(guān)節(jié))中度的位置和運(yùn)動使得相關(guān)肌肉達(dá)到最佳的力度優(yōu)勢。
統(tǒng)一的關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動方向:
只有手指的三個關(guān)節(jié)一起進(jìn)行伸展或收縮時,肌肉的活動效率達(dá)到最佳。相比較收縮一個關(guān)節(jié)而伸展另一個關(guān)節(jié)而言,同時的伸展或收縮使肌肉的協(xié)調(diào)得以簡化了。
慣性動作:

Muscular Alignment:
Muscles function most efficiently only when naturally aligned with their base and joint attachments. Natural alignment provides the most direct pull of the muscles that control your back, wrist, and finger joints.
Midrange function of Joints:
Muscles function most efficiently only when the joints they control are operated within their midrange of movement. Midrange positioning and movement provides optimum leverage to the muscles involved.
Uniform Direction of Joint Movement:
Muscles function most efficiently only when three joints of a finger or the thumb are either flexed or extended together. In contrast to flexing one joint while extending another, simultaneous extension or flexion simplifies coordination of the muscles.
Follow-through:
Muscles function most efficiently only when there is sufficient follow-through to avoid a build-up counterproductive tension. Sufficient follow-through means that, once a movement has been initiated, no intentional restraint is applied to the movement.
